International Shipping
All products sold by The Elegance Co. are shipped directly from our trusted international suppliers and fulfillment partners located in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Estimated delivery times range from 7–25 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or periods of high shipping demand.
Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number at no additional cost.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information.
Please allow 3–9 business days after payment confirmation for your tracking number to become available.
Tracking updates may take 5–10 business days to appear after the package has been shipped, depending on the carrier.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses.
As a result, you may receive your items in separate packages and on different delivery dates. This is completely normal.
Lost Packages
We stand behind every order we ship.
If your package is confirmed as lost in transit, we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
If your order has not been delivered within 70 business days after shipment (excluding delays beyond our control such as customs inspections, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions), please contact our support team so we can assist you.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
The Elegance Co. is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Please ensure someone is available to receive your package at the delivery address.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the shipping carrier may leave a notice, attempt redelivery, or hold the package at a local pickup location according to their policies.
If the package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for paying the shipping cost for reshipment.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered during checkout are not eligible for a refund.
If you would like your order to be shipped again after it is returned to us, an additional shipping fee will apply.
